The event was great! Service was really good and the staff were friendly. Nothing was too much of an ask and they were pretty good at refilling our drinks in a timely manner.

Awful event.
It was very chaotic due to so many children being admitted, numbers should have been capped.
No disney music.
Poor quality costumes. No organisation with character photos.
Poor sound system so nobody really knew what was happening.
Very rude manager.

I feel like I've been completely ripped off and wouldn't recommend this unless it was free

I've been to a couple of events here and this was by far the worst! We were sold a BUFF VIKINGS bottomless brunch - I don't class one tiny pizza (between us) a few nachos and 3 dips plus a couple of glasses of prosecco followed by 2 glasses of weak c**ktails as bottomless. If you really wanted a drink you had to buy your own from the bar as there were not enough servers to go round each table. The vikings were just compares, there was no viking show! Anyone could've hosted pop the balloon, tug of war and bloody limbo.....where was the viking element to it?? It was OK if you just wanted to dance to ABBA with a buff butler....again not viking.... but this is not what it was sold as. Hugely disappointing and underwhelming.

Amazing experience for my little girl, she loved it and had so much fun.. staff was very kind and made sure we felt comfortable.. defiantly recommend this event and defiantly will be going again next time.

The buff Vikings actually wasn't that great. It wasn't a show at all they just played party games all night horn blowing, balloon popping and archery so it felt more like i was at a hen party it wasn't what I was expecting but the venue was very clean, the staff so very attentive and service was always delivered with a smile. The butler in the buff was an absolute treat and boy did that man earn his pennies. He was definitely the icing on the cake.

Buff vikings wasn’t a show. It was a few blokes who took their tops off and played a few games.

Ballin was a great location and the music played was fab. I enjoyed the disco but their was no actual show, most people look confused.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming which makes such a difference to these events. We really enjoyed it. However I will say the seating upstairs was disappointing as the action was downstairs and they didn't involve anyone upstairs even though everyone wanted to be. Also please sort out your pa sound system. No one upstairs could hear anything the dj or the vikings said. It was very muffled!!Food and drink was plentiful and tasty.

If you are sat upstairs you get no interaction with the event and are not allows down stairs even when you’ve paid the same amount as everyone else. Bottomless brunch was one small pizza between 3 people. Wouldn’t recommend.
