it could and should be superb, kids had fun with the pool tables and table tennis, there wasnt an extra 'fun' arranged... but its a great venue for the kids .... problem was our kids were the only ones, the rest of the people were adults and some singing foot songs, not appropriate for a kids venue...... If you could stop this then families should really support this as its superb....

Having read the reviews before going I had low expectations and I really shouldn’t have. The experience was fantastic. Would have been good to have a non pizza option but other than that, everything was great. Staff were lovely!

Pizza and drink was flowing and Jordan and Dillon took great care of us.

Would hardly call it bottomless pizza and drinks when we had 4 small pizzas between 13. Had to keep going to the bar to get drinks as we were being ignored

The staff were not quick to refill drinks, when you have 90 minutes of free drinks at a 3 hour event you expect to take full advantage of it.

We attended this brunch for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The organisers were amazing at accommodating our large party. The music and atmosphere was brilliant!
Unfortunately I would say that the initial wait for drinks was pretty poor and many of us had to go and look for someone to refill our glasses but we were later told that they were a few staff members down.
I was not entirely impressed that we had to wait over 50 minutes for a gluten free pizza to be delivered to our table and it took 3 times of asking before it eventually arrived! The second one came very quickly though.
I felt that as we paid nearly £40 for the experience the initial service and wait for pizza really let it down but the atmosphere and music was a big hit with the varied age ranges that we had with us.
