Queue to get in moved ridiculously slow, they wouldn’t let anyone in even though we all had tickets. Refund needed

Paid £23 for a ticket to see Jax Jones only to be told the room he was performing in was at capacity.. not a great venue and a waste of money.

The place was far to small for an event like that, tickets were way over sold, came with 5 friends of mine and you could not move even stair cases were blocked up. Left after half an hour of trying to get to a room.

It was too crowded and everyone thought it would be funny to throw drinks on the stairs, my friend is injured now because he slipped down the stairs ,
For the amount you pay for a ticket I thought the drink prices were not good

So overcrowded couldn’t move, qued for 40 mins despite having tickets and left after 5 minutes of being inside, never again
