Had a lovely lunch, the main gentleman singer was great but the young lady was unfortunately not. The only other unfortunate problem was people who had obviously drunk too much and chatted amongst themselves loudly spoiling it for others nearby. Over all a very pleasant afternoon.

Have a good meal before you go because the food was awful ! The chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it.
My friend found a false eyelash in her meal and they argued it was a bit of carrot. We work in the food industry, it was a false eyelash ! No apologies, just denial.
I would go again because the entertainment was the best.

Really enjoyed evening, but I felt that the items for silent auction were too big and expensive and the memorabilia items would have been better being racing rather than football or boxing.

An excellent evening but the only criticism was the items for auctions etc, this was a racing evening with an icon, certainly didn't need loads of football and boxing items to bid on and in the silent auction the only item available was for Lingfield with a starting bid far in excess of what you could purchase yourself - perhaps when doing a sport icon keep it relevant to the sport in question.
