Excellent food. Great venue . Great atmosphere . Staff very attentive . Food plentiful and arrived hot and in a timely manner. Music excellent and energetically delivered. First time out for hubby and myself in 6 months

No signage as you go into the hotel. Reception was unmanned, walked around for about 10 minutes before finding the correct room. Bar area, crowded, lacked atmosphere, christmas decorations very poor, overall a depressed atmosphere. We had to share a table with other guests, the meal was served, just warm, on very small plates. (Salmon with brussels) unusual combination. Staff were rushed off their feet, so little customer service available. Poor meal, little customer service, and room could have done with some time spent making it look like a function room. Entertainment was very good, but overall a very poorly organised event. The timing was way out, it said the music finished at 3.30, in fact there was a break before going into the second half. This was O.K. but many of the guests had booked minicabs. I think the Mecure at Maidstone could do better than this.

We had amazing afternoon out at the Mecure Hotel . It’s the second time we,ve been there this year and we thoroughly enjoyed it . The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and the entertainment absolutely brilliant . We can’t wait to go back there again next year .

Great venue music Great food portions small and service sketchy drinks prices were through the roof glass of wine and a bitter shandy 17.50 way too much better to sell more for less but we did have a good time and made some new friends ð???

A really great evening. Our first taste of live music post covid and The Skatonics didn't disappoint. We stayed at the hotel as booked early and not much more than the return cab fare for a good night out. We were a bit worried as it felt like your aunt's wedding when we first arrived but once the music started the crowd really went for it. Can't wait to go again ?

Great to see decent live music again after too long! Lots of good covers of The Specials, Madness and Bad Manners, plus some of their own tracks. Dance floor full from start until finish, collective fun with a decent crowd of loyal fans. Would recommend and go again!
