Review of Rock the Mote Presents Thunder Dome
Great bands !
Small enough to be not too busy but big enough to have a good atmosphere - and the tent kept the rain off!
Beer was a bit expensive and the bar shut before the last band finished so was unable to get the deposit back on the cups.
Would very much reccomend.

Review of Rock the Mote Presents Thunder Dome
The venue was great and catered for all ages. The bands were good and created a superb atmosphere. A big shout for the System of a Down tribute, who came in at short notice to replace one of the other bands that had to pull out. Drinks prices were a touch high, but not beyond what you expect at an event like this. Toilets were in the main kept clean, but then that is due as much to the people attending along with the festival staff. The odd toilet that was a 'no go' makes you wonder how some people live in their own homes!

Great event! Not too big and not too small, just enough space for all and well catered for in terms of food and drink. Tribute bands were awesome, great musicianship and entertainment. Rammstein cover exceeded the expectations by miles, amazing effort! Me and my metal head son loved it!

An excellent event overall. Shut your eyes and you'd believe you were listening to the original bands. Our only complaint, catering wise, would be a lack of a coffee stall. Unlike other events, such as Maid of Stone, there were no merchandise stalls either, which would have helped to pass the time between bands. However overall very good.

Bands were great, especially Metallica & Rammstein.
Would've been nice to have some real ale or craft ale (keg) instead of just lager or cider. Also a van that sold proper coffee.
Looking forward to the next one.
