Scam. No film. A few old hotdogs and scandalous rip off. No event took place.  Just need to see if we will get our money back £140 down the pan

Review of Halloween Immersive Cinema Scare Attraction - Manchester

An awful experience. Waiting for ages to go in, freezing room, no lager, cold hot dogs then we were asked to go back outside so they could set the projector up again as it wasn't working. Also wanted us to leave our drinks unattended while we did that, which most of us refused to do. Everyone there left and have requested a refund. Amateur night!

The event didn’t even get going as there were ‘technical difficulties’. Was asked to leave the room and leave our drinks unattended (unsafe) also very expensive! They advertised as having nachos (none there), hot dogs were cold and ran out. Information about the even prior was not good either. Left details for a full refund along with most other people there. Would like a refund please. 

Complete farce. 4 people dressed up (just ill fitting face masks). The event didn’t even get going as there were ‘technical difficulties’ with the screen so no films shown. Advertised as having nachos (none there), hot dogs (these were stone cold) & popcorn (a small plastic cup but they ran out). Left details for a full refund along with most other people there.
Very disappointed as this was booked as part of my daughters 17th birthday celebrations 😠

Technical difficulties event was cancelled rubbish from the start please refund my money ! 

We arrived at the event at 7pm and was told to take a seat at around 7.40pm. We was told by the man in charge that the event was cancelled at 8.30pm because of technical difficulties. 

After queuing fro1900  we didnât get in until 19.20 .. at 20.10 we were asked to leave the venue as the room was being rearranged due to technical difficulties .. it was freezing cold and was worse than a student Amateur dramatic night â¦ refund or credit note please as we left at 20.20 â¦ bloody appalling 

SCAM! Got us all to leave after shutting there for 1 hour and half and nothing happening
