Craig Charles was a let down, it was like he couldn’t be bothered. The music was more like a school disco and he even played the same tunes twice. Joslyn Brown didn’t bother to turn up. He used to be much better.

Terrible gig last night. Firstly the sound quality was awful for Brand New Heavies.
Secondly Jocelyn Brown did not show up with no explanation given.
We've seen Craig before and he was brilliant. Last night his music selection was pants and we left not long after he came on. Huge disappointment as we were really looking forward to it.

The venue was far too overcrowded resulting in it being unbearably hot.
The headline act didn’t show up . My husband stepped outside to get some fresh air . Wasn’t told that of he stepped past barrier he wouldn’t be allowed back in . We brought 18 friends to this gig for my husbands 40th birthday and we were forced to leave. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly disappointing.

Venue was packed. Found it very difficult to hear the first act. Waited an hour for m the main headliner to be told she wasn’t performing. If we’d have know that prior to arriving we would have tried to sell our tickets.

Didn't think much of the Brand New Heavies and Jocelyn Brown didn't turn up! Lots of downtime waiting for stage setting to be done for Craig Charles but when he did come on it was good.

Loved the music - venue looked like it had let too many people in. Felt unsafe. People were bumping into each other and then leaving in swarms. Disappointed

The venue was overcrowded waits on drinks a nightmare toilets too far away with 6 flights of stairs down and back up the DJ wasn’t loud enough and too long a wait between acts 40 mins all in all a rubbish night and we left early definitely not worth £38 we paid and we won’t be booking to see (if he ever comes out on stage! Midnight?) Craig Charles again

Brand New Heavies were excellent, Jocelyn Brown failed to appear with no explanation or apology. A person commented this had happened previously.

The venue was poor - you had to queue 3 streets away, it was too busy and you couldn’t move, the bar queue was 5/6 people deep and took on average 30 mins.

The people, however, were fabulous - older crowd, nice and friendly

The venue was oversold meaning no room to dance, the stair wells were being used for queues to get up and down making this a health and safety nightmare m. We had women in our group who were pregnant and the over crowding, which I can only imagine as greed from the venue was truly awful. As a group we left after one very ridiculously priced round. So disappointed as not the musicians fault

Brand new heavies were great, disappointing that Jocelyn brown wasn’t on and no communication about that, the venue felt beyond capacity and cramped, small can of water over £3, left early as Craig Charles initial set wasn’t great IMO

Great sets from the artists.... just let down by a poorly run venue.
Worst and most poorly run cloakroom I have experienced in 30+yrs of clubbing.... queuing 45 mins is just not acceptable and a longer expedition to the toilet than any Wetherspoons!!
