Review of Damnation Festival 2024
Best metal festival out there, has been for years. I gave it 5 stars for pricing because while it's not quite cheap as chips, it is consistently excellent value, and the organisers go out of their way to keep things as affordable as they can, which is all you can ask for really.
Also, while the lineup is invariably stacked and incredible, it's the people that make Damnation, from the organisers, crew and staff, to the punters themselves.

Review of Damnation Festival 2024
It's a mostly level, mainly single storey industrial warehouse of a place. With three stages, good sound baffling and excellent time management, the event flowed well. The security was low key but they could do with better stewarding (keeping steps and crossover areas clear, etc). As always with these events, the biggest bugbear is the prices - beer at £7 or £8, food at £10 to £20 and don't get me started on the merchandise!!). Some minor things need tweaking but I wouldn't let that stop me going again and it shouldn't stop you, either.

Review of Damnation Festival 2024
Was back at Damnation for my sixth time this year, awesome lineup like always and they're still getting bands to do special sets. Never thought I'd hear a set like the one Cradle of filthproduced but there it was, just for Damnation. This wad my first time going to Night of Salvation as well, but I'll definately be doing both days in future.
