Birch Community Centre

The Birch Community Centre aims to work with local residents, voluntary and statutory organisations in a common effort to improve education, recreation and leisure opportunities for our local community. We host a wide range of activities aimed at our neighbours and residents of all ages, races, religions and beliefs. We offer many children’s activities: pre-school sessional care, after school club, respite care, and Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. For adults we host a wide choice of activities such as Noisy Women, Yoga, and Martial arts. For Families we offer Winter Fayres, community bring-and-share dinners, and quiz nights. Our historic building is also available to hire for special events such as birthdays, weddings and celebrations. We are also able to hire out our venue for performance, training, conferences and other types of events.
