Welcome to El Gato Negro, an award-winning tapas restaurant and bar in an historic converted three storey town house on King Street, in the heart of Manchester city centre .
Founder/chef patron Simon Shaw and his team creates seasonally-influenced dishes, combining modern and traditional Spanish flavours and techniques while taking inspiration and ingredients from closer to home.
