For £44 we drove through a small tunnel and onto a big standard car park. There was nothing to warrant that price. Should have been half the price at most.children didn’t even get any keepsake from the event. Would never come back or recommend it

The venue and staff were fantastic but i think the 'elf entertainment' should have been on while we were waiting for the film not part way through it as it really distracting for the kids.
We also went when it was bright and sunny so we struggled to see some of the scenes on the screen.
