Paid in advance on Skiddle. Was in the Que for 45 minutes to a hour . When arriving into the venue was told ticket wasn’t valid as it had gone 11pm (a few minutes after) and we had to pay an extra £3 despite already paying £11.25 Explained this to the person scanning our ticket and he said its policy.
