My daughter suffers with severe anxiety and panic attacks and if anything she had a very positive experience with the security. When a fight broke out at the end, herself and her friends were ushered to safety and a member of staff waited with them until a parent arrived. I am sorry that others did not experience the professionalism my daughter and her friends did. I do appreciate your email but also wanted to provide some positive feedback. This is the second time she has been. She felt safe and loved the experience.

I bought 4 tickets and my 4 all had a fantastic time they went to last year's in Bolton too and had an amazing time
