Review of I Am A Raver: Halloween Rave Manchester
Music was great with the DJ’s on that night,However
We got the “VIP” package for queue jump,CD,balcony access, meet and greet. Balcony opened at 12:30 when we went up got screamed at by bouncer when we were let in by another bouncer.
Sorted the balcony out after 45 minutes of arguing around and the night started looking up again.
Later on 2/3am my friend got sexually harassed and her earrings ripped out when shouting at the guys which led to an hour of arguing with bouncers to kick the guys out and the bouncers taking the guys side.
The manger was not organised with this situation where an 18 year old girl got touched and had no problem keeping the guys in the club. Later makes comments at my boyfriend and girl’s boyfriend that were rude and not professional at all. Then later find out my boyfriend was spiked in the club.
Security was so rubbish they didn’t even check my handbag before going in and didn’t even know they had booked VIP and general admissions till we showed up. Didn’t give us the CD that was part of the package and didn’t inform us that part of the package was a free round per VIP ticket.
So disappointed in this as the 4 of us spent over £100 just on entry tickets alone.
