Join us for a 90-minute guided sound healing meditation and breathwork session, designed to relieve stress, improve sleep, and restore balance. Experience deep relaxation as harmonic frequencies work on a cellular level, followed by a nourishing homemade vegetarian lunch.
What to bring: A yoga mat, water, light blanket, and pillow for comfort.
