We’re back this summer to bring you one of our biggest events to date, featuring two UK names who are making some serious waves in the underground prog scene right now. With support from residents & guests, at our new home Kable Club, featuring a Funktion One sound system and state of the art lighting, this will be a comeback to remember.

Jody Barr is a name you’ll no doubt find familiar. Whether through his music electrifying the dance floor in a Sasha or Laurent Garnier set, through the airwaves via George Fitzgerald on Radio 1, or at one of his own gigs at the likes of Fabric, Space Ibiza, Bunker in Derry; the Welsh producer has already carved his mark deep into the musical landscape.

Packing a serious arsenal of studio hardware, with releases now common place on legendary labels such as Last Night on Earth, Balance and Anjunadeep, Jody is a serious player in the underground progressive and techno scene in the UK right now.

UK based artist & DJ Four Candles (aka Kris Brown) is renowned for writing innovative dance music that defies fast-moving trends. After working with industry legend Nick Muir, his artistic break came on John Digweed’s Bedrock Records, and captivating follow up productions found their way onto some of the most respected imprints, from Balance to Selador, Afterglow and Tenampa.

As his repertoire has developed, attention from industry tastemakers has followed suit, with Four Candles records now regularly featuring in sets from Sasha, John Digweed, Hernán Cattáneo, Dave Seaman, Spencer Brown and many more.

As a DJ, Kris’s performances are awash with vibrant, emotional and spiritual keynotes. His ability to read the dance floor and freely inspire connection has established him as a go-to DJ, opening for John Digweed at venues across the UK, whilst also sharing the stage with Lee Burridge, Eats Everything and Norman Jay MBE.

With support from the full Progmatic residents roster - Pete Bromage B2B Zigo, Ashley Bonsall B2B Jordan Counsel PLUS Mak Jurphy makes the journey across from Yorkshire to kick things off for us on the night.
