A member of the NKT IKBU a worldwide network of Kadampa Buddhist Centres. The founder is Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. All classes are suitable for beginners and its a wonderful way to learn practical methods to overcome anxiety, stress, and other daily worries and problems. These methods are applicable in our daily lives whatever our background or beliefs.
