About

This is a full eight week mindfulness course. The programme includes all the core mindfulness exercises and meditations necessary for you to practise mindfulness. The course comes with a set of CDs and a workbook. Each week you will experience a guided mindfulness meditation and have opportunities to ask questions. You will be asked to practise mindfulness using the CDs every day to develop your own personal mindful awareness.
