The supporting act didn't turn up till later on in the evening. Really unorganised. Had to wait till 9pm for anyone to come on. Waited 2 hours. Brilliant music from them but unorganised & late to start

I bought these tickets as a present and it was so badly organised and such a let down.
Before the event, we received an email to say that doors opened at 7pm and last entry was 8pm, so we turned up to the venue at 7.20pm to ensure we got in
When we got to the venue, we were met by security sending people away because there was no support act, the venue was silent and there was nothing to see until the band were due on at 9.30pm - the crowd were agitated, they were being sent away by security to ‘get seshed’ before they should come back at 8.45/9pm in readiness for the gig.
An angry, drunk crowd was not what we had envisaged and as such, my wife decided she didn’t want to hang around to see the aftermath and we came home.
Having seen reviews, we know it was the right thing to do as hardly any of so solid turned up and the sound quality was poor
£60 out of pocket and a disappointed wife - would not book again - shame on you

This was not what was advertised , the 3 intro acts didnât turn up the venue was dirty with vomit all around , the door staff was throwing people out for absolutely no reason , the whole so solid crew didnât turn up either then they just kept playing the same songs over and over , we heard Craig David song â7 daysâ 3 times in a row !!! Poorly put together and extremely disappointing

The organisation of this event was horrendous. The details stated that this was a concert with support acts - when we arrived at 7.30pm we were told by staff that the support acts had not turned up and that the show was not starting until 9pm.
The stewards told people in the queue to go away and come back for the show to start at 9pm. He also said if you enter the venue at 7.30pm, there’s no dj so we’ll be waiting around doing nothing and you can’t come back in if you leave.
We decided to go and get food.
When we did actually enter the concert we were slightly disappointed that only 5 members of So Solid Crew turned up and it wasn’t all the main ones. However, they did put on a fab show even though it only lasted an hour!!
I think if you’re promoting an event, be honest about who will be there and the details of the event. This one included a lot of false advertising.
