This is a standing concert. However, we do have a limited accessible seating area available for those who require it. Please see below for details.

2. Do you have personal assistant tickets available?
Yes, we offer accessible tickets. Personal assistant (PA) tickets are available for customers who require assistance. To apply for a PA ticket, please contact hello@jbmmusic.com with sufficient evidence stating you require assistance such as a nimbus access card or PIP letter. Please note: Tickets for personal assistants are free, do not purchase a ticket for your personal assistant as these will not be refunded.

3. Is there an accessible seating area?
Yes, we have a limited seating area for accessible customers who require seating. This area is located to the side of the stage and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a seat, please email us at hello@jbmmusic.com with your request and supporting documentation.

6. Can I bring my own chair or stool?
Unfortunately, personal chairs or stools are not permitted in the standing area. If you require a seat due to accessibility needs, please contact us to arrange seating in the accessible area.

Yes, the venue is equipped with accessible facilities, including toilets and step-free access.
