Review of Ibiza Proms in Manchester Cathedral
I am a 51 year old woman and I booked this months ago. And looked forward to taking my daughter to listen to the orchestra in a beautiful venue only to be refused entry by security member ( Adam ) this happened after having our tick*ts scanned and checked by security. Apparently my daughter didn't look her 18 years. We never even knew this was a 18+ event ( orchestra in a cathedral!) We travelled from nr Liverpool and have been promised a full refund from the event organisers.. extremely disappointing especially when our tick*ts and email never even stated these age rules..
I hope to receive a full refund asap
