We had an amazing evening thank you. Very impressed with all aspects. We had just one disappointment in that we felt that the gins (we didn't try any rums) would have been enhanced by a tonic mixer with a less bitter after taste than Schweppes. We understand that the event was sponsored by Schweppes but we would recommend exploring the possibility of using a different brand of mixer.
