Review of PINS, The Lottery Winners, Indigo Velvet & Working Men\'s Club

The venue looked unpromising on approach but was a rather splendid old theatre inside, although unrelentingly cold. The room arrangement is good for bands, with a dance floor that's wider than it is deep, so that everyone gets a decent view, and a raised section at the back by the bar, similar to the Brudenell Club in Leeds. The stage is very big, giving the bands a lot of room to fill, and the sound quality was fine. The bar was a bit spa**ely stocked. PINS were excellent, as they always are. Working Men's Club show great promise and were the best of the support bands for me. Lottery Winners and Indigo Velvet weren't to my taste, sadly, but at £6 a ticket it was a total bargain.

Great venue! Panels were Informative and interesting, delivered by speakers currently working within the industry. Plenty of drink and food options at a good price. Live acts were top drawer! Would definitely attend future events!

Channel One what more do you need to say? One of the UKs most popular Sound Systems touring in celebration of 40 years.
I have never been to a bad CHannel One gig, ever. Mikey Dread and Ras Kayleb guide you effortlessly through Reggae music, which as the crowd bouncing around is always testament to the claibre of Mighty Channel One's status

Channel one sound foundation system blasting the sounds from back in the day .Nice cultural vibes .
As for the venue a bit
