Oversold the event and shut the doors to people with tickets an hour before they said last doors would be on the event page. On top of this we’re really rude to my mate. Terribly organised

Wasn't let in by the bouncer at 00:14 despite the ticket saying last entry 1am. Disappointed by the mistake of the venue /event and no option for refund

We arrived at the venue within times that entry was still allowed and were greeted by a rude security guard who said none of our group were getting in as they had oversold tickets and the venue was at capacity. Very disappointed! We were a group of 12 who had all purchased tickets.
