Review of Art Battle Manchester - Battle Royal II
Always a great evening. This one did feel a bit too crowded- it was quite hard to move around and actually see the artwork. Also a little bit too long. Artist intros on stage felt a bit laboured/unnecessary, they could have all been on the stand and introduced there. And why not start earlier? An 11.15 finish is difficult for anyone needing to get trains home.

Came away with a real sense of euphoria and sensory happiness. Such an energising inspiring way to spend a Friday evening. Art, music, friendly competition and couple of drinks in a brilliant space. Perfect.

it was an excellent event, well organised and very exciting right to the last minute. it was made all the more interesting by the fact that our daughter, Charlotte Smailes, was one of the contestants! Thank you for allowing her to show what she can do!

Review of You&Me x NYD
By far the oldest raver in there. Had a good boogie though for a solid four hours but then it was too full to really move plus there was a very long wait at the bar. Need twice as many bar staff. Nevertheless another great groovy event from the You and Me crew. All the best for 2023

Review of Homoelectric New Years Eve at New Century
Disorganised . Met at the downstairs bar .Go outside to queue , get wristband and put coat in cloakroom . Forced to queue outside again with no coat after using the downstairs bar again. One bar in main venue upstairs it was so busy and only served drinks in paper cups . Toilets disorganised ridiculously busy. Went downstairs to get a drink and use the toilets , I was stopped by security saying I couldn’t use the toilet as it was too busy . I pleaded with him as I really need to go when I got in wasn’t busy at all . Wristband allowed you access to the bar downstairs they served you drinks in glasses downstairs but paper cups for upstairs .
