Music was really good, but far too many people were let in the venue, it said last entry at 12: 30 but there were still people coming in. after that.
As it was so busy people bumping int each other , drinks being spilt, bad atmosphere cos of that.

Was my first time at Ultimate Power Xmas Special and I loved it!!! The music was good, the venue was massive, there was no crowd trouble/fights etc from what I saw and everyone just got on with eachother even people you didn't know would just be dancing and singing away with you! Would definitely recommend it and will definitely be going again next year!!!

Of friends and I missed out and I would like a refund please or transfer funds to Trevor Nelson in 28th December please as way of compensation??

Excellent night music was top notch
Entry was problematic as people had bought tickets 🎫 (such as myself) for the balcony & waited over 45 mins to get in to collect
Ruff Endz were a good warm up, got the crowd going
Next they were the best act of the night song a selection of songs
Donell came last did most of his famous tunes but has got an extensive catalogue so could have plenty to choose from. Great night overall

Brilliant night..Next and RuffEndz were fantastic with people, mixing with the crowd, taking pictures with everyone who asked, however we were disappointed that donell Jones was charging £50 to do this!!

Excellent night but the venue ticket scanner was broken resulting in a delayed start to the night plus having to queue outside for over an hour!!! Not best pleased..
