Venue needs a makeover music wasn't as good as last year

This wasn't what it said on the tin.
Didn't recognize a lot of what Trevor Nelson played or his warm up who was actually better.
Loose Ends were terrible no backing band.
Don't buy a VIP ticket for the O2 Ritz there seemed to be no difference from entry to the bar we had to queue for our bands, the bar I was waiting 15 minutes to be served and we were surrounded by people using our table for their drinks and coats waiting for us to get up out of our seats.

Great venue but was very disappointed with Trevor Nelson’s music, due to it being nothing like his brilliant previous playlists. Loose ends was ok but only liked 2 songs out of the 4 or 5 songs they did. The drinks prices at the Ritz Bar was extortionate for what you got! 3 small plastic cups filled with ice, mixers & single vodka’s came to £16!!!! There was no large bottles of wine or any drink offers or deals on at all which was terrible value for money & a sober night out, due to drinks being too expensive! Will not be going again!

Had the best night in a long time, 25 years since I have been in the ritz, good memories great times, everyone was having a fantastic time, no bad atmosphere, 10 in our party and the only complaint was sore feet from dancing to all the great tunes that was being played,, thanks

Very poor production. Sound quality was awful and there was no lighting to speak of. Very low rent - would definitely not recommend and it was not what we were led to believe it was - awful!
