Review of Rong Indoor Festival 2024
Great music, good venue but bar service abysmal. Been here three times, and the bar service has been extremely slow every single time. Staff do not actively maintain oversight of who is next in line, bar staff abandon their colleagues and leave only person manning a single section of the bar, there were staff standing around facing the customers but not actually doing anything (presumably waiting to relieve someone for a rest break), and staff clearing away rubbish (with no sense of urgency) as though it was the end of the night even while the bar was still open and busy full of customers. It has got to be the slowest bar service I have ever experienced at any venue. Itâs not acceptable, especially considering the prices being charged for drinks.
