Peveril Of The Peak venue information

The Peveril of the Peak pub is just as unique as it's name, which comes from Walter Scott's novel of the same title. The pub sits awkwardly on a triangular piece of land, surrounded by modern high rise buildings, solicitors, a hotel and all sorts of 'new Mancunia'. It's two tone yellow brickwork draws even more attention to it and you feel almost sorry for the bar that was no doubt spectacular in its time.
