Everything was fine but the food and drinks prices were awful and spoilt all the fun. I get that the event was free and they probably paid for the DJ through food revenue, but 7 quid for a leaf salad - that is too much. I am very happy that Ramona Radio has a new set of parties and they will be holding more of them in the future, but I doubt I will ever attend more of it in the future.

Wayy too pretentious. The drinks were seasoned heavier than my local Chinese takeaway and the specialty beer tasted like tropical fairy liquid. The toilets were too hard to find and suitable to only hobbit sized folk. However the complimentary sunglasses left on the floor where a nice touch, especially with it being night time, in winter.
The pizza absolutely slapped tho.

False advertisement for the event. Ramona used video footage from firehouse, eluding a very different experience. Ramona is nothing like firehouse, so using firehouse footage for advertisement is very misleading. The event was very boring, no entertainment, too crowded, no where to dance, no where to sit. Plus disgusting outdoor toilets. All in all awful night and wish I had spent my money elsewhere.
Also, last entry was before 9pm. If you're asking people to arrive so early at least make it enjoyable and accommodating.
I believe any normal day at Ramona would be a great experience. So disappointed.

Review of Islandman

Islandman were great. Very tight live set, would highly recommend. A very effective blend of middle eastern folk and electronic music. Ramona was a great venue, staff all very friendly and helpful.
