Just far too busy, too many tickets sold imo. Queued so long for drinks and barely even made any recognition of the new year/countdown.

The bars were open to anyone not just wristband holders so the wristbands were really only jseful for getting drinks. We couldn't get into the last place to get our free drink because it was too busy so they weren't letting people in.
There was no countdown or acknowledgement of new year.

Understand it's NYE but every bar was understaffed so the queues for the bar were beyond ridiculous. Waited 45 minutes for a drink in one venue so didn't even end up going to all the bars. Think this needs to be organised better next year with regards to staff & venues.
