This August Bank Holiday, we’re welcoming Bristol based DnB legend Roni Size to The Blues Kitchen club room.
With a career spanning over two decades, Size has consistently pushed the boundaries of electronic music, delivering innovative sounds and unforgettable performances.
He first burst onto the scene in the mid-90s, revolutionizing drum and bass with his unique style and vision. His ground-breaking album "New Forms," released in 1997, won the prestigious Mercury Music Prize, cementing his status as one of the most influential artists in the genre.
Known for his fusion of breakbeats, jazz, and funk elements, Size has created an unparalleled sonic experience that has captivated audiences worldwide, performing at Printworks, Tomorrowland, Eastern Electrics, Fabric and Untold Festival, and many more.
His numerous collaborations, including his work with Reprazent, a collective of musicians and producers, has further solidified his reputation as a trailblazer in the genre.
