The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the venue was very nice, my only issues were the frequent technical difficulties throughout the night, and the choice of the organisers to continue a quiz despite the fact that the advertised wrestling show had already began, so we ended up missing five or so minutes of audio of the opening match
