Although I have created art all of my life, I was always nervous about attending a life drawing class where other people might see it. This was a great way to get me out of my self imposed isolation in a friendly and supportive environment. I've already recommended this to several friends as I know the GoF run similar events elsewhere. I'll definitely be going again!

About

We are a friendly, neighbourhood bar in Prestwich. Located in a renovated Victorian building on Fairfax Road, we offer a wide selection of cask and keg beer, as well as wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. We have had a lifelong passion for music and on weekends put on DJs who reflect this. We are keen to support local artists and photographers and we have their work on display throughout the building. We host a popular weekly quiz on Wednesdays and also have events such as Rock and Roll Bingo, Crooked Comedy and our Crooked Bazaar. We have a sunny, pleasant outside space at the back which is a great place to enjoy a few drinks. Feel free to come down and spend an afternoon or evening with us.
