Review of Garden Bar New Years Eve 2024 (NYE)

Great value New Years Eve tick*ts. Welcome drink and midnight bacon sandwiches a lovely touch. Had a good atmosphere busy but not uncomfortably full. Bar staff very efficient didn't have to wait long to be served and made great c**ktails. My only slight negative is that they didn't do a New Year countdown. Had a great night and would definitely go again at New Year

This was our first time here and we had an amazing time. ALL the staff were brilliant. Warm and welcoming. We were treated like a king and a queen and will definitely be going back over and over again. Cant praise everyone enough

This was a really disappointing event - it was utter shambles! At the last minute they decided to hold the event in the mezzanine, but no one had thought to put out enough seating for the numbers who had booked on, and families were left standing around for over 45 minutes whilst 2 employees were rishing aournd trying to bring tables and chairs upstairs. The activity consisited of a colouring sheet, there was 1 song and Santa and his helper was hidden in a corner where no one could see as if they were a side attraction. The pancake station had to be put on the bar and it was completely disorganised. there were no drinks for the children, and no hot drinks were being served until everyone had arrived and was seated so people wer hanging roudn for the first 45 minutes whilst they got the place sorted. It was really disappointed and utter chaos - no one had thought any of it through yet it could have been a really good evet. very disappointing indeed

Review of Brunch With Santa At The Garden Bar & Restaurant, Monton

Disorganised, cramped chaos! 

It started late, had to wait for all to turn up, some were 30 minutes late, yet Adults couldn't have their free drink until they did the food so we ended up buying one, children didn't have a drink provided so they had our free drink but all they had was hot chocolate.
Food was moved to the bar so people could sit down, then children couldn't see it, not enough fruit, plates or cutlery. No serving spoons given so some people used hands!

Father Christmas and elves were friendly but there was no space to do anything. Families had nowhere to sit, no games were played, one song was sang and Father Christmas was shoved in the corner and we didn't realise for 30 minutes he was there to visit.  

Absolute shambles and not worth any money!

No organisation at all. Spent 45 minutes after the event should have started bringing chairs and tables upstairs as there was no way near enough for how many had booked. 
There seemed to be no plan as to how the morning should go and just seemed like a shambles. Absolute waste of money and time 

Tickets were oversold not enough seats for the amount of people not well organised. Lots of adults sat down and children did not have seats chaotic
