2. Confidentiality and privacy: Attendees are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others

3. Inclusivity: The event is open to all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. All attendees are expected to treat others with dignity and respect

4. Reporting incidents: If an attendee experiences or witnesses any incidents of hate speech, harassment, or discrimination, they are encouraged to report it to staff, security or the event welfare team

5. Any attendee who violates the safe space policy will be asked to leave the event without a refund
