They oversold the event - we had bought tickets and then couldn’t get in because it was at capacity. It wasn’t just me and my friends it was around 20 others as well.

Bought 3 tickets and was refused entry at 11:20 even though they said last entry is 12:00. Event was oversold so venue reached full capacity, many people who went said you could hardly move in there and had a horrible night. Now I am struggling to get a refund, what a waste of money due to poor organisation from the event organisers.
