Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult and no more than four children to one adult.

All adults must be accompanied by a child and no more than four adults to one child. And of course, why are we even saying this, we have too but the children are your responsibility - keep an eye on em!

There is space for pram parking but it is limited so if possible leave the wheels of steel at home if you can.

There is lift access to all the floors and accessible toilets. 

Please note this is a mainly standing event,  there is seating available in the pink room and across the other floors (open to you and the general public)of the venue however this may be limited !

Dogs are not permitted in our event space, the pink room,  but fine in the main bar area and roof terrace which are open to general public and not part of our event.

BTBWC is a social/party for all the family to enjoy together! The event is open to all ages , some activities such as crafts are recommended from 3 + but younger children than this are of course welcome and babies are free entry.

BTBWC party will take place in the Pink Room of yes!

There will be club lightning. No strobes and no smoke machines will be used. Noise levels are monitored to be at a safe level and will not be as loud as an adults club event but will be loud enough to keep the atmosphere. You may wish to bring ear defenders if you or child have a particular sensitivity to noise or are neurodivergent.

Tickets are non- refundable (unless the event is cancelled) but can be sold on. If the event is sold out and you want to sell tickets please contact us athello@borntobewildchild.com as we may have a waiting list and can put you in touch with those wanting to buy.

There will be photography and possibly filming at the event by purchasing tickets and entering you are giving us permission for these to potentially be used for BTBWC promotional purposes.
