Manchester Yoga Shala is Manchester's only independent Yoga studio.
Formed by a group of teachers from YogaSpace, it is run as a collective and offers an extensive range of classes and courses, both in Yoga and related healing arts.
It is our intention to cultivate an accessible and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to come and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
All teachers are fully qualified and many are working
in the community with specific groups, including people
with learning disablities, young people at risk and people with mental health issues.
We hope that the yoga community we are developing will continue to thrive and expand to reflect the diversity of practice and culture in the city.
