Review of From The Jam - "Setting Sons" 45th Anniversary Tour

Seen FTJ a number of times and, even though Bruce was absent, had a fab time. The venue is made to measure for live music (though a few pumps for lagers and ales would be a welcome addition), just over the road from Rochester train station and close to various bars for pre gig drinks, what's not to love?

Good enough show but Ruts set too short and no one 'from the jam'!!! A proper tribute band.

Overall good value for money and nice vibe. The security needs to be a bit better with communication though. Security doesnt let you go to the smoking area and then out of it for no clear reason

Unfortunately this was not a good venue to showcase the talent this band has as a tribute to The Jam. Saw them at a London venue - absolutely supper.
Casino Rooms sound system very very poor - totally distorted thus talented band. Could not even hear what they were saying let alone recognise the lyrics

Got there at 730 and there was a slow moving queue. Every person was searched. Woman was sitting in the foyer ticking names off of forms. Bit archaic. From The Jam excellent as ever. Ladies toilets were gross.

The music played was good but the entertainment ( especially white man dressed up as a rapper) was terrible. Just because we are old doesn't mean we need a break for a dance off.

I had an absolute blast on Saturday! I've marked the venue down one star as the cloakroom was full within the first hour and we had to lug our stuff with us. We are already booked on February!

Had a great time! Drinks pricey for the amount you get in my opinion. Music needed more variety but was my era as only 31 myself so was happy. Was very 00's focused. Needed more 80's ballads and 90's club classics and cheesey pop :) Atmosphere with the karaoke for everyone and the dance offs on stage was fantastic 10/10. But the rappers on stage had the audience booing a lot to get off and get the normal music back on. I'm considering coming back in February for the next one I had a great time :)
