I bought 9 tickets for gold circle vip couldn’t get in to many people you have obviously sold to many vip tickets it was disgraceful they were 100,s people who had paid vip I will be contacting you for a refund whoever organised this event are very greedy people and are giving you a bad name

I have been to many events over a 30 year period and have most of the time attended the VIP section on most occasions but I have to say this is the worst VIP section I have ever been to, over crowding, lack of bar staff, no clear instructions. 40 min queue to get inside, I could go on but no point. The music was brilliant but the organisation was appalling and was clearly a money making exercise without thought of customer satisfaction.

Disgraceful run gig. Bought 3 vip tickets months ago over £200. Queued to get served for over an hour and a half to get our first drink in the vip tent and use the vip toilets which, we didn’t end up getting in because they shut the doors and told everyone in the queue that they couldn’t let anymore vip ticket holders in because they had over sold vip tickets. After all that time, had to go to another packed bar and queue there for a drink after already waiting all that time at the first tent, which bearing in mind we had purchased £150 worth of drinks tokens which we queued for 45minutes to get to spend in the vip tent vip area. How do I go about getting a refund for my 3 purchased vip tickets that I couldn’t use. We have been waiting years to see UB40 which was spoilt from the moment we entered that disgraceful run gig.

VIP area over sold tickets, a lot of people didnt get in as it was full but had paid £73 per ticket.
VIP bar area vould not cope, never again VIP rip off.
UB40 were on stage 55 mins, The Duelers even less.
Badly organised.

What an absolute s**t show. Paid for vip tickets but had been oversold so got turned away.Queued for half an hour for drinks tickets then an hour for a drink. Worse badly managed event ever!! Will never go to anything stereo have organised ever again!
