Review of Summer Sound Music Festival
Because the security guards were not interested in stopping gangs of Boys from throwing drinks around when children were trying to dance my daughter and granddaughter had a ball thrown in there face asked the security guard to stop them and was told to go and sort it out with their parents did not know who there parents were I think it was up to security guards to stop it

Great venue, staff helpful, fast entry. plenty on offer from stalls, drinks and food were fair. music started later than anticipated but pre show was good. I'd say need more toilets and one disabled toilet malfunctioned which is my only criticism of venue and some acts main singer needed volume a bit louder. Great night overall and will be back

There wasn’t enough information EASILY available prior to the event. I had to ask friends on FB who’d been before & ask on a neig*bourhood App.
I paid for the VIP tickets based on how good the VIP area was at a different music festival i attended earlier this year in Middlesbrough. This has been set up next to the stage with Very secure in/out area, great seating & plenty of toilets.
WASTE OF MONEY for VIP Tickets at Guisborough!
The tent was located at the Opposite end of the ground from the Stage ?! It had cheap tables & chairs. Zero atmosphere. It was scruffy. The outdoor benches were okay.
People who hadn’t paid the extra we’re moving the barriers to get in & use the loos all the time we were there. This caused Huge arguments with people trying to enjoy themselves. It was so uncomfortable that we eventually decided to get Out & enjoy the rest of the evening at the front of the stage! I’ll never waste my time & money choosing the So Called VIP option again.

Been to this event lots of times and it’s great, although the atmosphere at The Priory was better, don’t think the act’s this year were as good as previous years but Robbie was excellent
