just like to say a big thank you ,
on saturday i'd rang up
regarding a issue i was concerned about my attending party in park,
i spoke to a Matt Brown , explaining i had ( worsening/ health) ) mobility issues and needed to park in the car park , close as possible, knowing limited parking on this event,he told me not to worry , tell security and even if no disability parking left, he would find me a space ( ask for him) . turned up was guided straight to disabled parking not only that , he told stay were i was , he'd go get my wrist bands for myself ,2 friends, if i got cold or anything i was welcome go inside the club , and to enjoy my day , if needed any assistance whatsoever to find member of staff ' to someone who used to work with disabilities and vulnerable people, and now sadly my own problems i could not have had any better service!! thank you so much , that little bit help , really helped , as at 1 point i was but hesitant to go but you and other staff there made it's painless 😊🥰 excellent customer service ?'??'??'?

Such a good event, can't help the weather, rides are a bit pricey at 4 quid a go when there's only two and my daughter went on a zillion times. But great day out, just save up for it

The club put everything on that was needed.
It's a shame on the weather. I know a lot of preparation goes into this day.

the weather with strong, cold winds spoiled the event, even worse for me than last year's persistent rain. I was so cold along with my granddaughter and friends I ended up leaving at 3.30 feeling quite miserable.
