Review of Redcar Fun Gala Festival 2021
Very disappointed. Bought 2 tickets which costed me over £40 that is just to get in. Had to pay additional £2 for parking. And have to pay for everything else inside. Music was bad, heard one girl singing terribly about 2 songs, then after another one trying to practice her guitar... Moto stunts - no comments. . Atmosphere about nothing. Highlights: 30 min queuing to enter and one attraction (paid additionally too) which would be not only for kids. Don't understand why paid for tickets in the first place...Would never go again.

Review of Redcar Fun Gala Festival 2021
The music from the main stage was far too loud. It drowned out the full field all day and nothing else could be heard. It could definitely have been turned down a bit and still had the same effect. It was completely impossible to have a conversation with somebody, even when stood away from the stage. My child couldn't hear me and it was stressful. The prices of the rides were a joke but the food and drink stalls that we purchased from were good, especially the chicken and pizza place. The weather didn't help on the Sunday, and the characters for the kids weren't there either. A waste of money in my opinion. Such a shame. Would not return next year.

Review of Redcar Fun Gala Festival 2021
I attended on the Saturday when the weather was lovely and sunny and had a fantastic day. The rides and cost of food and drink were very expensive but this was to be expected i suppose and i was prepared! It understand the entry fee was to cover the music and entertainment but it would have been nice to maybe have an all inclusive wristband for the fairground rides and would make life easier than paying individually at each one. Venue was smaller than I expected and atmosphere was great and everyone very friendly and chatty :-) Cant fault the perfomances either - my little one love watching The Greatest Showman sat having some tea and then obviously Atomic Kitten the highlight were fab too ! Review of Redcar Fun Gala Festival 2021
Grossly overpriced for families. Hardly any free interactive opportunities for children to participate in. Just a money spinner for fairground owners. Unfair to expect people not to bring in picnics for children as entrance tickets were expensive enough without having to buy unsuitable food . A shame a good idea was spoilt because organisers didn’t put enough thought into what families need .

Review of Redcar Fun Gala Festival 2021
Great fun. Loved the events and the atomsphere. Me and my family had a blast and there was so much going on and so much to do. It never got boring. It was a little pricey at food stalls and for the game stalls but it's to be expected. Overall it was a brilliant birthday for my 2 year old

Review of Redcar Fun Gala Festival 2021
Ridiculous amount of money for entry, over £40 for 2 adults and 1 child and for absolutely nothing.
Once inside EVERYTHING was massively over priced £7.50 for three bottles of pop
3.50 for hook a duck to then win a fish and once you have won an extra £6.00 for a tub to carry it around in!
Also £3 a ride for the kids which wasn’t too bad however an adult on the ride for safety was also £3.
Could have been a lovely family event and great for the area if everything wasn’t so extortionate, left after three hours after spending £110 on a goldfish, fair ground rides for my husband and a burger.
