Review of Rewind Friends Quiz
The venue is really quirky with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. The event was ran really well by Aaron who was funny and engaging throughout (with a little help from his lovely lady for extra banter). Loads of choice for drinks for whatever mood you happen to be in. Booked in for the next event as soon as I got home!

Review of Northern Culture - Craft Beer Festival
Was a disappointment. Only 15 beers on day session and only one dark that could be bought in a supermarket. Over priced and falsely advertised. Not enough seats which would be fine if we had known as could have taken picnic blankets. Lesson learnt I suppose.

Review of Northern Culture - Craft Beer Festival
The venue had around 40 or so beers listed from various different breweries, but were only pouring a very small selection (about 10) for some inexplicable reason, and 3 or 4 of those were the venue’s own beers. It felt like they had lied to the customers about what was on offer. When asked about the possibility of new beers getting poured, I was told they’ll be changed once the keg is finished, which, bearing in my mind the timescale and amount of customers in the building, probably wasn’t going to happen particularly frequently.

Review of Northern Culture - Craft Beer Festival
Terrible event for a beer festival. Only 2 dark beers available but only one at a time. Beer list not released pre-event. Only 15 available at once incl their own. V poor

Review of Northern Culture - Craft Beer Festival
Very loud music that made it impossible to talk
Rather expensive prices for beer and pizza
Also the list of claimed beers wasn't there ... not the beer festival we get used to before covid times
On the positive side, some breweries were a real revelation!

Review of Northern Culture - Craft Beer Festival
Really enjoyed it, beers were top quality.
I think more tables and seating should have been provided and the beer list you were given at the start had sooo many beers but not all were available, a bit more guidance would have been better.

Review of Ace Comedy Club II
Great venue, hilarious comedy acts, brilliant host, excellent draft beer and cider and outstanding atmosphere from a very varied and broad audience, I swear Santa was there in his civvies, I s**t you not. Would pay twice the 8 quid and still feel I got great value. Plenty of parking, socially distanced, wheelchair accessible and easy to find.
Loads of other events on there too before the next comedy one, worth a trip just for the brew dog selection!
See you next month :)

Review of Ace Comedy Club - The Opener
Went to the Ace Comedy event on 13/07/21. The acts and MC were hilarious and it's good to see comedy returning to Teesside after an awful year of covid. The staff were nice and professional and the cider was delicious. It was a great night!

Review of England Euros 1/4 Final
The reservation price for the table was ridiculous but the evening was good due to good company, nice food from the event before and decent beers from the always friendly staff.
