One bouncer in particular was horrible. He was turning people away for being "late" even though no where on the tickets did it say you had to be there by a certain time. Only this one bouncer was turning people away, all other staff members were letting people in.

No signal in venue, ran out of water, got the set times wrong!!! Said the event finished at 4 but it actually ended at 3. The taxi situation was an absolute joke, had to walk to train station McDonald’s and even so still waited for an hour for a taxi. Drinks way too expensive. My friends also had VIP which I didn’t and I get that’s my fault but security wouldn’t let me queue with them meaning I queued on my own in the cold… ridiculous

Lasers were average, not great. Music wasn't loud enough to build a good atmosphere.
The arena was way to big for the amount of people there, again affecting the atmosphere.
