Bit of a shambles. Music too quiet. Door staff didn’t know last entry times. Token bar with limited drink options. So much sick in the toilets we should have been provided with wellies. Numerous youngsters being taken out absolutely smashed. Overall wouldn’t go again. Ticket price way too high

you could barely feel the bass, it sounded muffled and not even that loud

As this is the first event held at Planet Ice I will let them off, they let people in 15 minutes after the concert started. The staff had not a clue as you what was going on, where to collect pre booked drink tokens and the prices of alcohol. The prices of alcohol was ridiculous considering it comes from a shop bought can! Carling is a terrible choice of beer and should be changed.

At no point did anywhere state Room 2 was just for VIP so very misleading! However this was not the Venues fault this is doen to the Event holders!
