Good venue, no problem with security or getting in. Good night all in, no major concerning problems. Great music, which was the main thing. Drinks were a bit expensive but it was expected. Food wasn't brilliant, chips were quite nice but the burger was disappointing. Lack of seating wasn't brilliant, but we sat on the floor in the foyer near the stairs which was fine.

Best proper rave in over 20 years. OI-E-OI!

About

The Milton Keynes Sanctuary reunion. On the same site, the same land and the same address. Join us for the BIGGEST 90’s rave reunion in the last 2 decades as 5000 ravers converge for the RETURN TO V7 SAXON STREET.
The Sanctuary was first used as a music venue by ESP Promotions to host their inaugural Dreamscape raves from December 1991.
The venue became pivotal in the development of numerous underground electronic dance music genres, sub-genres and styles.
The Sanctuary played host to the UK's biggest dance music promoters of the time, including Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, Slammin Vinyl, Gatecrasher, Hardcore Heaven, Cream, Slinky, Uproar, Sidewinder, and Godskitchen. The venue attracted a national audience to its 12-hour all night events.
As well as rave events, several high-profile live music acts appeared at The Sanctuary, including The Cult, The Prodigy, Brand New Heavies, Gary Numan, and Paul Weller.
The Sanctuary finally closed its doors on 10 July 2004 with rave promoter Slammin Vinyl hosting the final event.
With an incredible line-up TBA, join us for an 11 hour rave celebrating the monumental Sanctuary and the OFFICIAL return to V7 Saxon Street. The biggest old skool reunion in the last 20 years.
