Review of The Return To V7 Saxon Street
Amazing event, 5000 ish people all there to enjoy the music of the 90's Sanctuary days. (the main room capacity was not reached, there was always plenty of room to dance towards the back)
No real queue to get in, all the staff were very friendly, ravers were all up for the long awaited event, smiley happy people everywhere!
Bar selection very poor & very expensive. Some staff were removing lids from water bottles, making a slip hazard on the floor with water / drinks being spilt.
Some areas VERY hot (Technodrome room)
Sound system in the main room varied - some sets you could really feel the bass going through you which was amazing, other sets seemed quiet with not enough middle range, allowing sound from the Technodrome upstairs to filter through the curtains fitted to close this area off.
Lighting effects were brilliant.
The memorial to all the fallen heros of the scene was very emotional & the Force & Styles set straight after gave an incredible atmosphere to the main room.
All in all an amazing event, very happy to have been able to experience it!

Review of Cafe Mambo - Halloween In The City
The music was all a bit samey and got boring. I went to see Gok as had been to Isolation Nation and was expecting a similar playlist, but it wasn't nearly as good.
Drinks were overpriced. Atmosphere wasn't brilliant.

Review of The Return To V7 Saxon Street
What an amazing day/evening - Sanctuary Forever put on an epic event at the larger than V7 venue, only slight downer was the sound system wasn't consistently loud & could do with some rear stack to drown out the balcony arena, other than that it was pukka, so much so I think I'll head to Part 2 next Saturday!!
